Historic PPM Issues
When PPMs are issued, a record of the Issue is recorded in Historic PPM Issues within the Task Management Menu. This details when the PPMs were Issued, how many PPM Tasks were Issued and by who issued them.
To create PPMs see Planned Preventative Maintenance - PPMs
Task Management > Historic PPM Issues
The link will open the Historic PPM Issue grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To view an existing batch click Edit

Once the Historic PPMs header has been opened a sub navigation will appear to allow additional entities to be viewed.
These include:
- Linked Tasks
Linked Tasks
Click to view more detail.
Selecting Linked Tasks will show all PPM Tasks that were issued in the batch.
Task Management > Historic PPM Issues - Linked Tasks
The link will open the Historic PPM / Linked Tasks grid. It is a grid view that can be customised and sorted as normal.
